Side Street Studio Arts is proud to present "A Little Bit Strange," a solo show by SSSA Artist-In-Residence Jess Rocha. Whimsical, weird, and a bit off-putting, this show is a continued exploration of 3-dimensional work with a homage to the 2-dimensional. Jess uses polymer clay, paper mache techniques, printmaking and textiles to create her work. Drawing from natural elements, these pieces explore a strange, fantastical world.
This exhibit is open to the public May 24 - June 16, with a free opening reception, May 24 from 6-8pm.
Supported in part by the Elgin Cultural Arts Commission.
