The Elgin Public House Family Fringe is a FREE celebration of family and fun with performances, games, family resources, and more! We are thrilled to be exploring the brand new Civic Center Plaza in downtown Elgin between City Hall and Hemmens Cultural Center!
Family Fringe is free and open to the public. The Elgin Fringe Festival encourages properly worn masks, distancing, and cleaning and sanitizing procedures for all who attend.
