The Bleeding Heart

Abbey Goscinski

Fiber

12in x 8ft

$250

Fiber sculpture of a human heart that has been stabbed, hanging on a white wall. An embroidered anatomical heart in shades of red sits inside a round embroidery hoop with a blue background, and long strands of red yarn pour down from it like dripping blood, studded with red beads, falling about four feet to pool in a tangled puddle on the wooden floor.
