Sugey Mondragon is a Latina illustrator based in Chicago,IL. She mainly works in children’s book illustration, she utilizes digital brushes to create variety of textures in her pieces, alongside using a myriad of vibrant colors to create more lovable work. Her main goal is to create diverse and whimsical pieces of work for those children who don’t have anyone to see themselves in. Someone who can be a role model to push them to keep trying, a character that can inspire them to be great. Her ultimate mission as an artist is to broaden the horizons of the younger generations and those to come.
