Coming of Rage: Artist Talk with Abby Franke

A 2024 BFA graduate of Herron School of Art + Design, Franke explores the female experience through both personal and societal lenses. Her work spans embroidery, printmaking, and stained glass, maintaining a striking sense of intimacy throughout. She frames femininity as both fragile and forceful, tender and unyielding—inviting viewers to reflect on the complexities that exist in between.
