Sound healing is the oldest form of healing known to man. It is an ancient practice that uses various sound frequencies to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve physical and mental well-being. From crystal singing bowls to chimes and drums, sound healing has evolved to offer a wide range of options for those interested in exploring the benefits of this practice. This therapeutic technique has gained popularity as more people are seeking natural and holistic approaches to healing.
Sound healing sessions are held the second Tuesday of each month at Side Street Studio Arts (SSSA) with a suggested donation of $20 and a minimum of $10 to attend. 50% of all registrations for sessions at SSSA will be donated to SSSA to help them continue to bring the arts to the community and support children's programs.
