How we handle your information

• What's published: only the call details you submit. We may edit them for clarity and accuracy.

• What stays private: your name, email and connection to the call. We use them only to contact you about your submission. We never publish them, sell them, share them with other organizations or add you to a mailing list, and we only add you to Side Street's newsletter if you ask to be.

• Where it's kept: in Side Street Studio Arts' Google account (Google Forms and Google Sheets), and in Constant Contact if you sign up for the newsletter.

• How listings are checked: Art Calls is researched and checked with the help of an AI assistant, which reads submissions to compare them against the official call page. A Side Street team member reviews every update before it's published. Submissions are checked with help from an AI assistant (Claude) and reviewed by a Side Street team member.

• Changes and removal: email artcalls@sidestreetstudioarts.org and we'll update or remove your listing or your information.
