Summer Youth Employment in the Arts (SYEA) Exhibition: Synesthesia

Side Street Studio Arts invites you to experience the 2026 Summer Youth Employment in the Arts (SYEA) exhibition: Synesthesia. A visual representation of music, Synesthesia delves into the human psyche. Across a variety of mediums and senses, SYEA artists explore personal interpretations of songs, memories, and dreams, as well as their unique relationship with music. Join us for an opening reception from 6-8 on July 17th!

SYEA is a summer residency where participants become involved with every aspect of life and work at Side Street Studio Arts, including live events, art installation, arts education, etc. The culmination of their work and learned experiences is an end-of-summer exhibition that will run July 17th-26th.
