Neither Here Nor There Opening Reception

In observance of of Hispanic Heritage Month, Side Street Studio Arts invites you for the opening reception for Neither Here Nor There on September 6 from 6pm-9pm in the Gallery.

The first-generation experience has always been complex. Some feel a sense of pride and acceptance having been adopted into a new homeland, while others feel disconnected, without home and feeling they belong to both here and there, or neither. The first-generation experience can be full of contradictions.

The call for art asked artists to join the conversation.
