Hatha Yoga with Sacred Spirit Bodyworks

This class is suited for anyone looking for low-impact fitness and mental health. Clear guidance is offered and no previous experience is necessary. Natalie's clear instructions will have you breathing deeply and connecting your body with your breath as you move slowly and awaken the healer within you. The only requirement is that you are able to climb stairs and get down to and up from the floor unassisted. Class is only $5 although you are welcome to increase your payment if that feels right to you. 50% of all income from yoga goes back to SSSA to help them continue to serve the community.
