Join us for our 6th annual Winter Mini Fringe, a cozy and creative evening with the Elgin Fringe Festival! Celebrate the spirit of the fringe with an intimate showcase of diverse performances by local and visiting artists.

The event will be held in the Backspace at Side Street Studio Arts. This space is up a steep flight of stairs, with no elevator access.
